Co-operative Society Limited wishes to state on honorably and proudly by oath / surety that I did not forward an appeal against to the Disciplinary Order notified to me related to above matters with  accordance to the Co-operative Employees Commission Statute No.05 of 1965 and Regulation No.147 of Regulation Range prepared under this Statute and an appeal was not submitted to the Labour Judgment Commission under the version 31 ‘a’ of the Technical Dispute Act and I do not take actions to submit any such nature in the future.
